Local Kubota dealer has a B2400 in excellent shape with 192 hours on it for $12K that he took in trade on a larger model. Is the price fair and does this model have a good reputation?

Not for a bare tractor is the price fair. The hours are low but you didn't tell us how the tractor is equipped either. ....

It has a front loader and a mid-mount mower. Tires are "bar" tires (he says good for turf or farm). He's willing to trade the mid-mower for a new brush hog. ....
